What is the normal procedure?
Departure: From the time you arrive at Quikpark, roughly ten minutes are needed to book your car in with us and for us to transport you and your luggage to the airport. You park your car yourself, and your car keys stay with you.
Arrival: Once you’ve collected all of your luggage, call our office and a driver will be sent to collect you. Walk out of the airport terminal, turn left and proceed to the coach parking area where our mini bus will be waiting to take you back to your car.

How and when do we pay?
Payment is due when you collect your car after your trip.
You can pay using cash, credit card or cheque.

What if my car doesn’t start?
We have battery boosters to get your car started in the event that your battery goes flat.

What if I have a flat tyre?
If your car has a flat tyre, we can inflate it for you to help get you on your way.

How far is the nearest petrol station from you?
The closest 24 hour petrol station to us is about 2 kilometres away. Our staff will be there to advise you where to find petrol in the direction you are heading.

How often do the buses run?
Our buses run when needed. It is not our practice to make you wait for other customers that will arrive on a later flight.

Do we need to pre-book?
Pre-booking is always an advantage. It enables us to make sure we have enough drivers to cater for all our customers. The more busses we have available, the less time you’ll be kept waiting. Please try to book at least 24 hours in advance.

How safe is our vehicle in Quikpark?
We offer CCTV, closed parking area, tarmac ground, a guard dog, and round the clock staff. Our aim is to leave you worry free when you park with us.
